Joyce Johnson - President/CEO

With over 25 years of staffing and employment services industry experience Joyce Johnson is adept in the areas of recruitment, sales and management. Her leadership capabilities became evident early in her career with Adecco, as a Branch Manager and Special Accounts Manager. During this period she was selected as Midwest Regional Diversity Council Chairperson responsible for developing policies and procedures, implementing solutions and managing diversity programs.

As Strategic Accounts Director for Spherion she was responsible for sales and management to strategic partners and customers with annual staffing expenditures in excess of $5 million. In addition, she was elected to lead Spherions internal integration initiatives for the Chicago area. As Integration Manager,

Joyce facilitated all cross selling, operations and communication efforts of the company"s twelve business services divisions.

Prior to opening Anchor Staffing in 2002, Joyce held the position of Regional Vice President with eJobs, Inc., a recruitment management company where she was in charge of building its Midwest region and management for a regional staff of forty sales and operations personnel.

Joyce is currently the Vice-Chairperson of the Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee for the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council (CMSDC) and is actively involved in a number of community and professional organizations.
